PROCEDURE FOR MAKING RESERVATIONS
to ATTEND and to PAY for
ARRT PROGRAM DINNER IS AS FOLLOWS
Reservations for the dinner part of the program should be submitted no later than the last Friday before the scheduled Wednesday meeting. Specific procedures are:
  1. Contact the ARRT Program Meeting Reservation Monitor to make your reservation (specific contact information is given below).
  2. Pay $30 for the meal with check post mailed at address given below, or with check or cash payed at the entrance to the meeting room in the Fort Myer's Officers' Club.
  3. Checks should be made payable to "ARRT".
  4. Please provide a telephone number along with your dinner reservation request.

PLEASE NOTE:
Those who make a reservation and do not show are still obligated for the cost of the dinner.

The ARRT program meetings also allow, on a space available basis, attendance at the speaking program only [without attending, but following the dinner]. There is a charge of $10 to be paid at the entrance by post-dinner attendees, who need to be in the ante-room of where the program is being conducted at the Fort Myer's Officers' Club at 1945 hours [7:45 PM], prior to break between the dinner and the start of the speaking presentation at 2000 hours [8:00 PM].


Schedule:
6:00 PM Gathering Begins; cash bar available.  (1800 hrs)
6:45 PM Dinner  (1845 hrs)
7:45 PM Meeting Opens  (1945 hrs)
8:00 PM Main Program Presentation Begins  (2000 hrs)
9:00 PM Meeting formally ends   (2100 hrs)

For those not familiar with Fort Myer, please note that one must allow extra time for the security check required to gain access onto Fort Myer post.
